Seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the electrical maintenance operations at our plant. This critical role ensures the smooth functioning of electrical systems, contributing to the overall efficiency, productivity, and safety of plant operations. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for both planned and unplanned electrical maintenance, and will supervise a team to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely, efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the electrical maintenance team and manage day-to-day electrical operations in the plant.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure that electrical systems are functioning reliably and optimally.
- Work closely with the plant operations team to maintain safety standards.
- Oversee the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for creating work orders, ordering parts, and managing requisitions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC -5 and Control Logix PLC's, Ethernet IP, fiber optic, and UTP networks.
- 5 years of practical experience in an industrial setting performing electrical work.
- Proficiency in using CMMS to create work orders, look-up parts, and manage requisitions.
- Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC-5 and Control Logix PLC's, Ethernet IP, and UTP networks.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Previous project engineering experience is a plus.
