Job Summary:
We are seeking a User Experience (UX) and Graphics Specialist to design and enhance the user experience of digital products while creating visually compelling graphics. This role combines UX design principles with graphic design expertise to deliver intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities: User Experience (UX) Design:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to map out intuitive user journeys.
- Design and enhance UI elements, navigation structures, and interaction models for web and mobile applications.
- Work closely with developers to implement and test design solutions.
- Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
Graphics & Visual Design:
- Design marketing materials, social media graphics, infographics, and branding elements that align with company guidelines.
- Develop icons, illustrations, and custom UI components for digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, and visual hierarchy across all designs.
- Edit and enhance images using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, or Sketch).
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design strategies with business goals.
- Present design concepts, gather feedback, and refine based on stakeholder input.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 9 years of experience in UX design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design.
- Excellent visual storytelling, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in motion graphics, animation (After Effects), or video editing.
- Knowledge of design systems, usability heuristics, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
