Job Title : Production Designer

Reports To : Lead Designer / Production Manager

Job Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented   Graphic Designer   to join our team. This role bridges the gap between creative design and production, ensuring that all artwork and layouts are optimized for print and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to prepare files for high-quality output in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and finalize artwork for production across various formats, including apparel, signage, and promotional merchandise.
• Ensure designs are properly formatted for printing, cutting, or engraving processes.
• Work with vector and raster graphics, adjusting colors, sizes, and layouts as needed.
• Collaborate with designers, production teams, and clients to ensure accurate representation of designs.
• Maintain file organization and follow brand guidelines for consistency.
• Assist with creative projects, including mock-ups, proofs, and visual presentations.

Understanding of print production processes, including color management and file preparation. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards.
