As a Delivery Route Driver, you will be responsible for transporting perishable goods efficiently and safely using a box truck. This role requires a valid driver's license and a strong background in delivery driving, heavy lifting, and customer service. *Must posses a valid drivers license and be 21 years of age.
* Must pass a pre-employment personal back ground and BMV back ground check.
* Must be able to work the required hours to complete each days work load.
* Must be physically able to handle a 2 wheel dolly of 250lbs. and continually lift 50lbs.
* Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
* Must be able to drive a 22' to 26' box truck.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely operate a box truck to deliver goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
- Adhere to traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
