**Job Overview**
At Route Elite, we are seeking experienced delivery drivers to join our team. As a FedEx delivery driver with our company, you will be responsible for delivering packages to businesses and residences in a safe and timely manner.
**Compensation Package**
The estimated weekly salary range for this position is $800-$850 per week, depending on the number of deliveries and your individual performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your daily duties will include:
- Operating a vehicle safely at all times
- Delivering and picking up packages from businesses and residences
- Performing daily inspections of your vehicle, including checking fluid levels
- Loading your vehicle for deliveries and organizing your daily loads
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining effective communication with your manager
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
- Pass a drug test (including marijuana) with continued random drug screens throughout employment
- Pass a DOT physical examination
- Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck
- Pass a FedEx Ground criminal background check
- Have reliable transportation to and from work and be punctual
- Be able to climb stairs and work in various weather conditions
