Sales Executive- Clinical 
Location: Boston, Hybrid working
Status: Permanent, Full Time

Why are we hiring a Sales Executive? We are building our Sales team and would love for you to join us on this journey! 
Reporting to the Director of Commercial, the Sales Executive will be part of the Instem Sales team and be responsible for all sales and assigned opportunities and accounts in the defined territory. They will maintain the relationship with existing customers and develop it with prospective customers for existing software products, outsourced services and new business growth initiatives.

What to expect? 

•Leverage a solution-selling approach to promote Instem’s comprehensive portfolio of life science discovery & pre-clinical products and services. 
•Navigate and manage multiple complex sales cycles, utilizing both internal and external resources to ensure success. 
•Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets. 
•Collaborate with our Global Sales Team to maximize sales and ensure client retention. 
•Represent Instem at customer meetings, trade shows, and events as required. 
•Maintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems. 
•Partner with our Operations Team to ensure seamless project delivery. 
•Work closely with Sales Solution Engineers to showcase Instem’s innovative products
•Adherence to our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all work is handled securely, professionally and diligently. 

Skills you’ll need: 

• Proven track record in account management and new business development.
• Good all rounded sales experience and understanding of sales cycle & sales Funnel Management
• Strong Sales negotiation skills
• Software and/or IT service solutions/Life Science sales background preferred. 
• Good skill level in salesforce.com or equivalent CRM systems, ideally within Salesforce. 
• Well-rounded Windows/PC skills

This position does include travel, up to 50%.
