About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental delays. This will involve direct intervention with the child and family, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the Child Development Specialist will also be expected to:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
- Provide training and education to parents and caregivers
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, or a related field
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental delays
