About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and families, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental delays. This will involve direct intervention with the child and family, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Child Development Specialist will also be expected to:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
  • Provide training and education to parents and caregivers
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, or a related field
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental delays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
