Intellectual Talent Development (ITD) Associate
Job Summary:The Intellectual Talent Development (ITD) Associate supports the organization's mission by managing key data processes, tracking placements, identifying top academic talent, and assisting in strategic funding decisions for graduate students. Reporting to the Solution Coalitions Specialist, this role requires strong attention to detail, data management proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across teams to enhance investment strategies.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Complete monthly contributor reports, track placements, and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce.
Maintain and update PhD student queues for faculty programming invitations, conducting research on current contributors to enhance investment decisions.
Identify top academic talent by reviewing conference lists, analyzing top graduate programs, and creating targeted prospect lists.
Prepare outreach and event invite documents to maximize engagement and response rates.
Maintain accurate Salesforce records to support team strategy, including entering interactions and leveraging tools to source missing information.
Conduct annual evaluations of graduate student placements, tracking PhD graduates securing first roles and postdoctoral researchers transitioning into tenure-track positions.
Collaborate with the funding manager to evaluate and organize graduate student funding applications, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Assist with additional tasks and special projects as assigned.

Proficiency in Salesforce or willingness to learn CRM tools for data management.
Knowledge of, and interest in, Classical Liberal ideas highly preferred.
