Intellectual Talent Development Manager   Position Summary: The Intellectual Talent Development Manager supports and advances the organization’s undergraduate initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, this role focuses on developing funding strategies for undergraduate programs, connecting students to opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams and faculty to design impactful programming. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a passion for supporting early-stage students, and the ability to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders.   Supervisory Responsibilities: None.   Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Funding team to build and maintain a decision-making framework for evaluating and investing in undergraduate on-campus programs. Work in tandem with the Educational Entrepreneurs Grants (EEG) manager on the EEG processes, including check-ins and program evaluations, to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance overall effectiveness. Shape scalable processes to identify and curate opportunities like partnerships, jobs, fellowships, and advanced degree programs. Track engagement, outcomes, and long-term impact using data-driven metrics. Partner with internal teams (Faculty Engagement Strategists, EEG Grants team, Academic Relations & Business Intelligence) to align strategies and foster cohesive program development. Collaborate with Platform and Marketing teams to update and develop undergrad-focused resources, such as career advice and opportunity boards. Guide faculty on undergraduate funding priorities, as needed, to ensure alignment of their initiatives with organizational goals. Build relationships with external partners and undergraduates to deliver impactful opportunities. Serve as point of contact for high-value undergraduates. Manage the application process for undergraduates attending academic conferences, ensuring timely communication. Represent IHS at relevant events and programs, with up to 15% travel required.   Required Skills/Qualifications: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 3 years working with undergraduate students, or in a related role. Passion for supporting undergraduate students and early-stage academic careers. Experience in program coordination, funding strategy, or academic program support is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with various teams. Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts through a data-driven approach. Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce) software system highly preferred.
