Position Description
The technology program coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between IIR's National Ashanti Alert Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Program under the Center for Victim Services and Support and IIR's Information Technology (IT) team to ensure continued development and maintenance of the National Ashanti Alert Network (Network) and other programmatic applications. This position will also serve as a liaison with federal, state, tribal, and territorial partners working to enhance a current missing person program and / or participate in the Network. This position must possess strong communication, collaboration, and technical acumen to effectively communicate technical updates and progress to key stakeholders, including the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), the National Ashanti Alert Stakeholder Working Group (SWG), and pilot / participant sites. This position must consistently articulate the program's mission and promotional messages to create the best possible product and experience for stakeholders while meeting the needs and expectations of the client. In addition, this role will be tasked with communicating the product vision and strategy and aligning it with the objectives of the program.
