Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly patient coordinator to join our team 2-3 days a week. As a patient coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and provide exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and checking in patients, answering phone calls, confirmation of insurance benefits and assisting with various administrative tasks. Good computer skills required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
