The Associate Director of the Office of Admissions is responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of students into various college programs. The Associate Director assures compliance, ethical recruitment, and commitment to enrolling qualified students who possess the ability to meet their desired program outcomes. The Associate Director of Admissions has 24/7/365 accountability of department staff, oversees the entire enrollment cycle of each qualified candidate, and represents the department to executive leadership. The Associate Director collaborates with department staff and other internal as well as external constituents in maintaining a departmental effectiveness plan and contributing to the overall institutional effectiveness plan. The College welcomes applicants with at least four years progressive experience in recruitment and enrollment in higher education.
