Nurse Practitioner Contractor

Institute Of Integrative Health Specialist And Holistic Wellness Center, LLC is seeking a dedicated and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our 17-person strong team as a contractor. Our center is located at 2950 S. Gessner Rd. Ste 208, Houston, TX and 2950 S. Gessner Rd. Ste 205, Houston, TX. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, reliable, and committed to providing holistic and integrative healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including physical exams, diagnostic tests, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatments
• Perform minor medical procedures as needed
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in integrative and holistic healthcare

Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in integrative or holistic medicine
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
