As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Assistant to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

2950 S. Gessner Rd., Suite 208, Houston, TX


Position Type:

Part-Time

Hours:

Up to 20 hours per week, including some Saturdays, with potential for increased hours as the office expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Interaction: Warmly greet patients and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries with professionalism and empathy.


Administrative Support:

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars seamlessly.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and prepare documents as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist with cleaning between patient visits and support colleagues in maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Marketing Assistance: Help create presentations and manage email/postal campaigns.
  • Data Management: Accurately input data into reports and maintain office supplies.
  • Problem-Solving: Respond professionally to customer concerns with a solutions-oriented mindset.


Qualifications:

Personal Traits:

  • Independent yet team-oriented, a natural leader within themselves.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and passionate about connecting with patients.


Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer technology (Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint) and social media marketing.
  • Time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.


Experience:

  • Mid to High-level receptionist or administrative experience preferred.


Education:

  • An Associate degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • However, candidates without formal degrees but with relevant experience—especially in medical or holistic fields—are strongly encouraged to apply.
