We are seeking a Partner Relations Associate to join our dynamic team at Institutes of Health. The Partner Relations Associate is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners, including employers, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders in the workers' compensation ecosystem. The role involves extensive travel and frequent interactions with both internal teams and external partners, requiring excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, including employers, attorneys, medical providers, and other workers' compensation stakeholders.
- Account Management: Assist in managing assigned accounts and maintaining positive partner relationships. preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads.
- Reporting: Track key performance metrics and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating events such as clinic tours, trade show / exhibit booth, offsite meetings, and educational seminars.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team and leadership to support the overall partner relations strategy.
- Education & Promotion: Educate partners on IOH services, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales, client relations, or customer service, preferably within healthcare, occupational health, or workers’ compensation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
- Basic knowledge of the workers’ compensation industry.
- Organizational skills to manage outreach efforts, follow-ups, and relationship tracking.
