Position Overview
We seek a dynamic individual to focus on building relationships with mid-size companies. The ideal candidate will understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and guide them through the sales process. You will sell our software solution and comprehensive learning development solution to enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Engage Prospects: Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through networking and sales strategies. Target mid-size companies and engage with CEOs, Presidents, and Founders.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments to understand potential clients' challenges and objectives. Present customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor in their journey toward achieving organizational excellence.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth process. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and finalize contracts.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to revenue goals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to position our solutions effectively.
- Client Onboarding: Work closely with the client success team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
