What You’ll Do :

As a Precision Assembler , you'll play a critical role in crafting medical components that meet rigorous standards of quality and performance. Your responsibilities will include :

On-the-Job Training : Learn about the various products we assemble, gaining hands-on experience with tools, techniques, and processes.
Building Excellence : Assemble components and devices according to approved specifications and ISO13485 procedures.
Ensuring Quality : Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and collaborate with the Quality Department to guarantee each product meets the highest standards before final inspection.
Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and repair returned items, working closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to drive continuous product improvement.
Contributing to Innovation : Identify workflow improvements and support special projects that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree in manufacturing preferred).

7 years of experience in precision assembly, preferably in medical device or high-precision manufacturing.

Expertise in soldering under a microscope and working with measurement / testing equipment (mechanical and electronic).

Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.

Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.

Experience in laser box-welding is a plus!
