What You’ll Do :
As a Precision Assembler , you'll play a critical role in crafting medical components that meet rigorous standards of quality and performance. Your responsibilities will include :
- On-the-Job Training : Learn about the various products we assemble, gaining hands-on experience with tools, techniques, and processes.
- Building Excellence : Assemble components and devices according to approved specifications and ISO13485 procedures.
- Ensuring Quality : Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and collaborate with the Quality Department to guarantee each product meets the highest standards before final inspection.
- Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and repair returned items, working closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to drive continuous product improvement.
- Contributing to Innovation : Identify workflow improvements and support special projects that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
