In this role, your responsibilities will be :
Accounting (85%) :Invoicing
Create accurate invoices in a timely manner
Manage automated invoice process to ensure contract alignment and accuracyEffectively manage the varying AP requirements of clientsInsure accuracy of accounting contacts and processesManage invoice related correspondenceManage Purchase Order ProcessAccounts ReceivableTrack & manage the status of all outstanding invoices
Perform client collection outreachProcess client paymentsProcess weekly depositRecords management, audit, and reconciliationsAccounts PayableCredit card reconciliation
Bank reconciliationPay outstanding invoices via check, ACH, or wire transferProcess employee expense reimbursementsManage payment inquiries from vendorsRecords management, audit, and reconciliationsOffice Administration (15%) :Manage Office Vendor Relationships
Manage and maintain Agency equipment including furniture and technologyProcess incoming and outgoing mailManage office supply inventoryWater plants and stock fridgeManage all incoming calls to the office lineManage office travel-booking flights, rental cars, and lodging as appropriate or neededCoordinate office events (lunches, happy hours, in-person training, etc.)Great Opportunity for Growth!
