As our UX Design Strategist, you will spearhead the strategy and design aspects of our client engagements, focusing on website redesigns and dynamic marketing graphic design. This role is entirely digital—if you’re experienced in creating impactful online experiences, we’re looking for you. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Collaborate with clients and internal team members to execute projects efficiently and meet timelines.
- Discovery and Strategy: Own the discovery process for website redesigns, including client research, design workshops, sitemap creation, user experience mapping, and alignment with SEO and conversion optimization strategies.
- Design Excellence: Create and present page designs that adhere to industry best practices.
- Graphic Design Creation: Ideate and develop graphic designs for various digital platforms, including PDFs, call-to-action buttons, emails, and social media/ad posts.
- Quality Assurance: Support the implementation and ensure the quality of web pages throughout the design process.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills for client interactions.
- Extensive experience with modern UX design methodologies.
- A compelling digital design portfolio that showcases your expertise—your portfolio is your calling card.
- Proficient in Sketch, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with team members on design concepts.
- Strong analytical skills to assess projects and enhance user experience through best practices in digital marketing.
- Ability to enhance marketing strategies with creative design interpretations that meet goals and deliverables.
- Experience creating, modifying, and optimizing graphics and source assets for online materials.
- Stay current with developments in design software, web trends, and related technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coding skills are a plus.
- Committed to delivering exceptional UI/UX design.
- Proficient in Google Suite, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with HubSpot is a significant advantage.
