Department : Acton Manufacturing Operations
Position Overview :
- The Operations team is focused on leading Insulet's manufacturing operations in Insulet's new state of the art high speed automated manufacturing facility in Acton, MA. This candidate works closely with all supporting manufacturing functions to support root cause analysis, process improvement and production execution in the manufacturing facility. The candidate will work regularly with cross-functional teams to solve urgent business-related problems. Typical tasks include leading process efficiency improvement projects, data analysis, and establishing and improving operation processes. Ideal candidate has experience and interest in manufacturing, operations, and process improvement initiatives

Additional Information :
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $24.00 - $28.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
