Insulet Corporation, maker of the OmniPod, is the leader in tubeless insulin pump. This role will report to the Post Market Surveillance department and perform data review, analysis, creation and assist with system enhancements for the complaint database with exposure to URS/FRS, test scripts and system validation. You will gain detailed knowledge of multiple facets of business operation and collaborate with other cross-functional efforts spanning R&D, medical affairs, quality, and global manufacturing, among others. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $24.00 - $28.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Co-op duties and responsibilities may include:
- Learn related departmental processes, procedures, and technical platforms.
- Assist team in modeling out and documenting additional new processes and/or program improvements.
- Create, support, and maintain data and documentation needs.
- Create data analysis, flow charts, and spreadsheets in support of staff projects.
- Perform data entry and/or analysis; assist in problem solving activities.
- Work with IT and post market systems staff to create URS/FRS documents, participate in system validation activities and perform data review.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Pursuing BS/BA or related degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Biotech or a related field.
- Previous work experience preferred
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism; exhibits dependability.
- Computer proficiency in MS office (specifically Excel); experience creating and analyzing charts and Pareto charts a plus.
- Strong computer skills
- Demonstrates flexibility in acceptance of assignments and schedules.
- Maintains professional behavior.
- Ability to work independently without detailed guidance, while maintaining effective communications with supervisors
- Ability to communicate effectively and document objectives and procedures.
