Duties
- Answer client insurance questions in person, over the phone, and through email
- Help choose the best policy for the client's needs
- Call or email potential claims into the various insurance companies
- Navigate through various insurance company's software for policy assistance
- comply with insurance standard and regulations
- Implement efficient office procedures to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Operate in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Previous experience in the industry is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to obtain a MN insurance license within the first 6 months through on line classes
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
