About the RoleAs a Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive, you’ll manage and service a book of personal lines accounts, ensuring client needs are met with prompt and professional support. This role is vital to our business success, contributing directly to client retention and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the day-to-day needs of personal lines accounts, including policy changes, invoicing, and coverage reviews.
- Identify coverage gaps and provide tailored solutions for clients.
- Facilitate the renewal process by gathering information and delivering terms before the effective date.
- Conduct remarketing as needed, including online rating and application submissions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
- Contribute to agency growth by cross-selling, account rounding, and upselling existing accounts.
- Follow established workflows and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in personal insurance.
- Licensing: Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal lines underwriting and carrier rating systems.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Additional Qualifications:
- Pursuit of professional insurance designations is a plus.
- Experience with AMS360 is a bonus.
- Creativity, independence, and a team-oriented mindset.
