Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain and report out daily activity of fleet vehicles.
- Assist in other admin tasks as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in front desk operations or customer support is highly desirable.
- 3 years of excel spreadsheet experience. preferred.
