Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a number of administrative support and customer service tasks to ensure efficient operations for the office. Duties
- Performing general clerical duties such as answering phones, managing emails and handling other correspondences.
- Filing and organizing both physical and electronic records and files.
- Preparing and managing various documentation for customers - including but not limited to proposals, art renderings, invoices, site plans, etc.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and other office happenings as needed.
- Monitoring and ordering office supply inventory.
- Other various administrative tasks to support management and general office operations.
Required Skills:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience prioritizing several tasks at one time with changing requirements and tight deadlines.
- Forward thinker, self-starter, and ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to determine priorities based on current workload and deadlines and take initiative to resolve issues proactively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel & Word); plus the willingness to learn new software and management tools that are required for the role.
Physical Requirements:
- Normal office setting, noise level in work environment is moderately quiet.
- Regular attendance at the Augusta office is critical; This is not a remote position.
