We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to support our Account Manager team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, possess strong numerical skills, and have a keen eye for detail. This position will involve working closely with Account Manager to ensure smooth operations, accurate data handling, and excellent client service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers in managing client accounts and maintaining up-to-date client records.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports using Excel to monitor account performance, identify trends, and provide insights.
- Help track and reconcile accounts, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented (i.e. bill audits)
- Communicate with clients and carriers as needed to follow up on account-related inquiries and provide status updates.
- Organize and manage client correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Support the Account Manager with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required.
- Maintain spreadsheets and databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for clients.
- Review and analyze account data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Compliance follow up per account
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in a similar role or exposure to account management or finance is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the team.
