This position will be working under direct supervision of IT leadership and following established industry and company guidelines; assists all team personnel with administrative support; recurring, narrowly defined customer service tasks; and meeting all performance requirements regarding production, quality; and ensuring that no liability with errors or omissions occur. This position is located within our Information Technology department and will be working in our Print Center area.
Team Support responsibilities include:
- Effectively performs general office duties accurately and within the required timeframe within the Print Center:
- Check emails for any print jobs
- Check paper tubs around the office to make sure they have paper in them and refill
- Check supply stock every day and restock.
- Print all jobs that are sent to Print Center emails.
- Order Supplies for home office and other special requests.
- Keep record of print jobs monthly
- Request Name Plates
- Walk around Longwood office with Iron Mountain to empty shred bins.
- Iron Mountain –shred company adding new shred locations and calling if we need special requests
- FedEx shipping and creating accounts
- Occasionally handle the printers. Will contact Canon for troubleshooting.
- Monitor general branch e-mail account and forward emails to the appropriate recipient
- Scan documents
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Front desk receptionist when required. Receptionist manages phone calls, answering calls professionally and quickly routing them to the appropriate person or accurately recording and relaying messages.
- Meets all performance requirements regarding production, quality, and service
- Delivers outstanding client service at all times, including proactively anticipating client needs, maintaining frequent and professional client communication, and responding quickly to any service requests

- Continually stays abreast of all company policies and procedures to ensure good knowledge, execution and compliance of standard operating procedures
- Continually seeks to improve individual and team performance, including identifying, communicating and adopting best practices

- Regular and consistent attendance is expected and a necessary component to the job
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualified candidates will have:
- 1-3 Years' Related Experience
- Excellent administrative, multi-tasking, and organizations skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
- PC proficiency, including basic knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Exceptional personal character
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
