We need a driven and results-oriented recruiter who can attract, onboard, and support high-caliber agency owners. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, understands the insurance business, and enjoys networking, recruiting, and coaching professionals to success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the districts recruiting efforts to attract, interview, and onboard new Farmers agency owners
  • Build a pipeline of high-quality candidates through networking, social media, cold outreach, and referrals
  • Work closely with agency owners to identify staff needs and assist in recruiting their teams
  • Manage the licensing and onboarding process for new agency owners and their staff
  • Organize and support district training, workshops, and performance coaching sessions
  • Maintain CRM data and track recruiting, licensing, and agent growth metrics
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to agency owners to help them scale their businesses
  • Requirements

  • Education : Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field)
  • Experience :
  • 2 years in recruiting, sales, business development, or insurance industry roles
  • Experience in high-performance sales or agent recruiting strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance licensing, sales processes, or financial services is a plus
  • Prior or current Farmers Insurance experience is a major plus
  • Skills :
  • Strong recruiting and relationship-building abilities
  • Sales-driven with a competitive mindset and goal-oriented focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and recruiting platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate and coach professionals toward success
  • Bilingual is a plus
