Responsibilities

Lead the districts recruiting efforts to attract, interview, and onboard new Farmers agency owners

Build a pipeline of high-quality candidates through networking, social media, cold outreach, and referrals

Work closely with agency owners to identify staff needs and assist in recruiting their teams

Manage the licensing and onboarding process for new agency owners and their staff

Organize and support district training, workshops, and performance coaching sessions

Maintain CRM data and track recruiting, licensing, and agent growth metrics

Provide ongoing support and guidance to agency owners to help them scale their businesses

Requirements

Education : Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field)

Experience :

2 years in recruiting, sales, business development, or insurance industry roles

Experience in high-performance sales or agent recruiting strongly preferred

Knowledge of insurance licensing, sales processes, or financial services is a plus

Prior or current Farmers Insurance experience is a major plus

Skills :

Strong recruiting and relationship-building abilities

Sales-driven with a competitive mindset and goal-oriented focus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and recruiting platforms

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to motivate and coach professionals toward success

Bilingual is a plus
