Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and support to foster strong customer relationships that maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

Exhibit experience with, or ability to quickly learn, AMS360 agency management software.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up on insurance quotes and claims, Evidence of Insurance and customer policy change requests.

Take and report premium payments from customers.

Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

Requirements

An IL Property & Casualty insurance license is required at start or within 30 days of hire.

Genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.

Upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow through with a positive attitude while working independently and as part of a team.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
