What we need from you:
- Experienced - You have 3 years of commercial lines account manager experience servicing a book of business
- Licensed - You have your active Property & Casualty license
- Knowledge - You are very knowledgeable of insurance products, markets, ratings, and underwriting procedures
- Tech-savvy - You are technologically savvy with Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position (AMS360,EPIC,or TAM preferred)
- Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Your Position:
· Works closely with producers and administrative assistants
· Assisting clients of new and renewal business and making changes to existing policies
· Review policies and processing of transactions
· Update and maintain client and company files and database
· Processes follow-ups and updates on cancellation requests to clients
