Key Responsibilities
The Account Manager will handle various service requirements, including, but not limited to:
- Marketing and Renewal: Manage the marketing and renewal process for both existing and new clients by gathering necessary data, preparing submissions, and coordinating with insurance carriers.
- Proposal Creation: Develop and present proposals, comparing forms and providing detailed analysis to clients and internal teams.
- Coverage Binding: Bind coverage with carriers and follow up to ensure the correct coverage is issued.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain applications, proposals, rate comparisons, statements of values, spreadsheets, schedules, certificates, and evidence of insurance.
- Policy Processing: Handle policy processing, change requests/endorsements, audits, and all other account service-related tasks.
- File Maintenance: Maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is current and creating necessary follow-ups.
- Client Communication: Assist clients, vendors, and coworkers with account servicing and inquiries.
- Additional Duties: Complete other tasks as assigned in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
Experience with AMS360 and ImageRight Management Systems is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry is required.
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty license is required.
