A well-established insurance company in the Angels Camp, CA area is looking to add a resourceful and fast-learning CSR to its team! What we need from you:
- Experience - You have at least 1 year of insurance industry experience and at least 2-3 years working in an office
- License - You have an active Property & Casualty License or Life & Health License preferred
- Knowledgeable - A high level of expertise and commanding knowledge of insurance products, markets, ratings,
- Software - A comprehensive understanding of Applied Epic management system, Microsoft Office, carrier website navigation, and other software systems as needed for the position
- Communication and Customer Service - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and a drive to offer superior customer service to clients and coworkers.
Duties will include:
- Help manage Personal Lines accounts
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide helpful and professional service and insurance needs to clients and producers
- Renewing lines of coverage and cross-selling
- Assisting clients with billing questions, claims, coverage questions
- Binding and checking policies
- Requesting endorsements, claims, marketing renewals
