Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid/Remote
The Role:
As a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager at Insurance Relief, you will play a vital role in developing tailored solutions for our clients. We are seeking an experienced professional to assist in strengthening and maintaining current client relationships, quoting new business, and processing certificates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing commercial insurance accounts ranging from small to mid-size market accounts
- Strengthen and maintain current client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust, service delivery, and professionalism
- Quote new business, Market renewals, update policies under the direction of the Account Executive/Producer
- Processing certificates, notices of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements
- Requests for information and documentation
- Resolve any client claims issues, making sure that they are handled efficiently and urgently
Requirements:
- Experience - 7 years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
- Licensed - Active Property & Casualty license
- Software - Proficient with AMS 360, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier rating websites
- Book of Business - Comprehensive knowledge of a generalized book of business with coverages including contractors, workers' compensation, trucking, construction, etc.
