Insurance Sales Producer

In this crucial sales role, you’ll lead our outbound efforts, and foster long-lasting client relationships. This position comes with a W-2 contract.

Salary : Minimum $50,000 per year, 100% commission on production over threshold, including bonus opportunities to earn exclusive Renegade stock options.

Responsibilities :

• Driving sales initiatives in our internal agency, including prospecting, and building a pipeline of prospective customers
• Driving profitable organic revenue growth through new business production
• Ability to overcome sales objections and escalations
• Ability to consecutively sell multiple insurance products to the same customer
• Managing high volumes of contacts and ensuring all opportunities are actioned
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and high customer retention
• Keeping a focus on our core initiatives and our customers
• Having a proactive approach to reaching out to leads and existing customers
• Work with clients to present protection and risk management plans and options that fit their risk profiles
• Compile complete submission data for quoting
