- Develop and execute a foundational growth strategy in alignment with ClearPoint Health's mission and values.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, spearheading business development initiatives to expand our solutions in the Midwest (IL, MI, IN, OH).
- Cultivate robust relationships with consultant partners through strategic identification and comprehensive development initiatives.
- This includes listening to agency needs and being able to pivot when needed to deliver on-demand.
- Execute sophisticated sales methodologies encompassing the entire sales lifecycle, navigating from lead generation through successful closures.
- Drive innovation in product development, ensuring our business stays ahead of industry trends and meets evolving client needs.
- Collaborate seamlessly within the organization, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success across all verticals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance positioning and brand awareness, bringing your ideas to light and working in tandem to convert to sales.
