Job Summary :
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving our success by generating leads, engaging clients, and setting up appointments for our licensed sales team. You’ll be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, building relationships, and effectively communicating the value of My Senior Health Plan’s services. This is also a great entry into a new career in sales.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to engage potential clients.
- Professionally present My Senior Health Plan’s services and build rapport with leads.
- Create and update client profiles in our CRM and assist with scheduling appointments or live transfers to licensed agents.
- Use sales tactics to nurture leads and meet sales targets.
- Stay informed about Medicare products and insurance basics.
- Consistently meet sales goals and administrative deadlines.
