MyGameDayLive is a media and technology company offering fan engagement solutions in the sports industry. We are currently expanding our Sales Team at our San Diego Office. Qualifications
- Must be comfortable making high volume outbound calls to small/medium businesses via power dialer system
- Experience with a considerable amount of customer interaction
- Have a go-getter mentality- You strive to turn any "No!" you get into a "Yes!"
- You're friendly, hardworking, thoughtful, and detailed in your communication
- Know your stuff, so you can think on your feet in a conversation
- Ability to close the sale!
- Work well in a constantly evolving environment yet are process-minded and customer-centric
- High level of curiosity about the internet/digital/sports space
- Ability to successfully work in a small call center office setting
- Ability to communicate primarily via telephone and email

Responsibilities
- You'll primarily work independently on the phone, reaching cold and warm prospects
- Handle outbound campaigns, identifying decision-makers, and scheduling meetings
- Build sales and marketing qualified leads via inbound and outbound sources
- Contact cold and pre-qualified prospects within assigned vertical markets
- Collect communications in CRM and follow all other sales funnel and process standard methodologies
- Finalize commitment and close the sale.
- Submit orders through CRM
- Achieve and exceed targets and performance metrics in line with business requirements
