Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding service and support for their personal insurance needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with call center experience looking to transition into the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist clients with policy information, coverage options, and claims processing.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide quotes and process policy changes and renewals.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.
- Educate clients on available insurance products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Compensation and Benefits:
