Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
No experience necessary - training will be provided.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person, via phone, or email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding our services, assisting customers with their needs.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards effective resolutions.
Full-time position
Monday - Friday 9:30-6pm,
& alternating Saturdays 8:00-5:00pm every other week
(Wednesday off when working Saturday)
