The pay range for a Branch Manager is a base salary of $50,000 -$110,000 / year plus performance-based bonuses
What You Will Do:
- Supervise the sales team’s daily performance and/or targets.
- Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed-upon production and active customer goals. Ability to educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs.
- Coach members of the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently.
- Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets by providing business plans, and monitoring the performance of the sales team to ensure the specific portfolios of business performances are met.
- Deals with any escalated customer service issues and questions that may arise
- Increases new business by initiating contact with prospects through local store marketing efforts, community involvement, cold-calling (face-to-face and phone), quote calls, and walk-ins to build interest, match needs with products and services, and close the sale to meet the agreed upon production and active customer goals.
- Executes all aspects of Branch Operational Excellence (BOE)
Key Attributes:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Property & Casualty license
- 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or a related field
- 3 years of experience managing or leading a sales team
- Proven ability to generate new business, retain existing clients, and cross-sell insurance products
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
