Service Billing Analyst
Pay Rate/Range: $33.00
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Onsite in Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 7 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve service billing discrepancies and contract-related inquiries.
- Analyze contract terms to ensure alignment with both customer expectations and internal objectives.
- Deliver ad hoc reports and data-driven insights to support business decisions.
- Investigate billing issues using SAP and Excel; provide root cause analysis and recommendations.
- Organize and manage large volumes of data for operational and strategic use.
- Act as a key resource for implementation of billing solutions and process improvements.
- Apply analytical concepts and creative problem-solving to complex billing challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support internal teams and ensure billing accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in billing, contract analysis, finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of customer service orientation and responsiveness.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent required.
