Allstates Consulting is seeking a Business Processing Analyst to support our client in Mobile AL on a part-time basis.
Position may not include all of the duties listed nor do the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions of this class.
Develops methods for improving system monitoring by discovering issues and solutions to deliver a better value to customers. The Business Processing Analyst develops and implements advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements.
Prioritizes requirements and creates conceptual prototypes and plans.Masters strategic business process modeling, traceability and quality management techniques.Applies best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.Elicits requirements and requirement organization for projects.Translates and simplifies business requirements to meet the goals and objectives of the administration.Manages reports by researching, creating, and updating clear documentation to satisfy both internal and external customer needs.Prioritize project requests to manage time effectively.Integrates end-users by developing program interfaces, forms, and reports.Develops relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.Trains departments by online and onsite methods to ensure proper techniques for installing software / hardware, use of related software / hardware, and application of business knowledge solutions.Makes process recommendations by monitoring common sources of technical issues.Defines configuration specifications and business analysis requirements by determining how the system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.Assists departments in designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes.Performs quality assurance by testing the system to ensure effective operation.Designs system alerts and reports based on end-user requests.Performs related work as required.REQUIREMENTS :
Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree, from a recognized college or university in Computer Science or closely related field, and a minimum of five years' responsible experience in information technology systems analysis and programming; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.Comprehensive knowledge of the application and development of systems analysis, design, programming and analysis of data to draw business-relevant conclusions, data utilization techniques and tools.Good knowledge of writing Structured Query Language (SQL) and Extensible Markup Language (XML) queries.Good knowledge of the principles, practices and methods for generating process documentation.Good knowledge of the principles, practices and methods of project management.Good knowledge of adult learning techniques and hands-on instruction in order to provide guidance, training and expert advice on technical systems, or process-related topics.Good knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.Ability to write code or understand software / technical interactions to enable completion of coding / testing on work.Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks, assignments, and projects.Ability to work independently.Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions and implement solutions.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with administration leadership, department heads, consultants and other employees.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
