Business / System Analyst 1
Pay : $41.50 / hr, paid weekly
Hours : 2PM-10PM Thursday-Monday
Location : Richmond, VA 23231
Overview :
We are seeking a Business / System Analyst 1 to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Richmond, VA. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and financial data management, with a focus on SAP systems and data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, working on the shop floor and interacting with various teams and operators.
Responsibilities :
Manage SAP inputs for manufacturing processes, including consumption of raw and pack materials, finished goods, and run time.
Ensure data accuracy by performing shift analysis to determine waste and variances.
Conduct cycle counts of materials to maintain inventory accuracy.
Audit operational processes and develop action plans to improve data accuracy.
Oversee the staging and back-staging of materials.
Prepare and deliver shiftly KPI reports.
Collaborate with shop floor teams, interacting with all areas and operators.
Perform all other duties as required to support operational excellence.
Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
Experience :
Experience in a manufacturing environment and / or financial roles.
Proficiency in managing MRP systems, preferably SAP.
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel.
Key Skills :
Data accuracy and analytical skills.
Knowledge of operational processes and inventory management.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with shop floor teams.
Ability to develop and implement action plans to address variances and improve efficiency.
