Onsite Support Technician
Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Monday-Friday
Pay Rate : $22.00 / hr

Position Overview
The Onsite Support Technician will provide technical support to VIPs and end users. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills in computer hardware, Microsoft applications, software, and networking, similar to a standard Field Support Technician, but with a specific focus on high-level VIP support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist VIP Support personnel in ensuring all conference room IT equipment is fully functional.
- Maintain consistent communication with local management to align schedules and work plans.
- Provide in-person and remote support to users working onsite, from home, or while traveling.
- Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) using ServiceNow.
- Proactively prepare IT equipment (laptops, phones, order forms).
- Follow up on missing or incorrectly filed paperwork with local management staff.
- Provide technical assistance for conference room meetings, as needed.
- Offer training on Office / M365 features to end users.
