Deskside Support Technician
Pay Rate : $24 per hour
Monday-Friday 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM EST
Location : Pensacola, FL 32514
3-6 month Contract-to-Hire
Primary Responsibilities :
- Provide deskside support for PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Maintain, analyze, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
- Document, upgrade, and replace hardware and software as needed.
- Support and maintain user account information, including security and system groups.
- Assist with network connection issues, tracing them back to network switches.
- Provide hands & feet support for server and network-related tasks (preferred).
- Support mobile data plans, mobile networks, and devices (preferred).
- Train employees, analyze and repair product failures, and order / replace parts as needed.
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
- Represent CompuCom professionally, maintaining effective communication with customers and associates.
