7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday (some weekends required)
Perform electrical maintenance, installations, repairs, and preventative upkeep on complex machinery, tools, and equipment. Document work, interpret technical drawings, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Assist with mechanical tasks and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma/GED; 2-year technical degree or completed apprenticeship in industrial electrical.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Licenses/Certifications: Ability to obtain PIME license, crane license, and LOTO certification (company tests). Forklift and crane operation certification required.
- Skills: Proficiency in print reading, MS Office, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- Preferred: Journeyman’s card.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance, inspections, and repairs on facility equipment.
- Inspect and document conditions of lifting and safety equipment.
- Fabricate, weld, and install piping or conduit as needed.
- Maintain organized maintenance logs and data entries.
- Adhere to safety standards and keep work areas clean.
- Provide training and technical support to team members.
