Theoris Services is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Engineer to enhance our client's manufacturing operations in Dyersville, Iowa. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your expertise in Lean principles and techniques to drive business process improvements and reduce costs.
As a key member of our team, you'll work collaboratively with manufacturing engineers to design and implement efficient factory layouts, optimize production processes, and develop digital work instructions using Visual Knowledge Share software.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with a lean or six sigma focus
