Marketing & Communications Specialist
Location : Fully Remote (Must be located in Cental or Eastern time zone)
Pay Rate : $29 / hour
Duration : 1 year
Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced marketing and communications professional to support a high-performing team in a contract role . The successful candidate will focus primarily on external communications and will play a key role in implementing customer-facing projects. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain experience in multiple high-growth markets. A strong writing background is essential, and basic knowledge of graphic design is a plus.
Core Responsibilities & Tasks :
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement communication plans .
- Manage tradeshows and events , including planning, budgeting, ordering booth materials, and coordinating with internal / external teams.
- Maintain a content calendar for marketing initiatives across the division.
- Create engaging content for Social Media Company posts , email marketing , presentations , literature , and webinars .
- Assist with other marketing and communication tasks as needed.
Position Requirements :
Strong writing and project management skills.
