Position Summary
The Conference Room Specialist is responsible for managing and setting up conference rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, and AV equipment. This is a high-level, customer-facing role requiring professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow setup instructions to meet client expectations. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with mail deliveries, copy / print production
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement.
- Schedule and coordinate conference room usage.
- Maintain common areas, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and organized.
- Take inventory and order office supplies as needed.
- Cross-train in mailroom and copy / print services.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a professional and cooperative attitude.
- Follow business procedures and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
