WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist in executing sales strategies to grow corporate, group, and leisure business.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Identify business opportunities within the Boston market and work with leadership to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market demand.
- Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
- Support revenue management efforts by helping to optimize pricing and occupancy.
- Maintain basic sales reports and assist with forecasting.
